　　我认为，当今世界应该有三个主要的组织，1，世界思想组织，2，联合国，3，世界贸易组织,这是一个完整的系统,缺少哪一个组织,这个系统就不能很好的运行.因为,在的当今世界的所有组织中，没有世界思想组织,所以,人类的思想未能得到很好的发展，人类的历史出现了更多的对立、战争，许多人的生命出现了更多的曲折、苦难.
我认为,人类的每一个人,都应该为人类的进步而努力,创立WTO是我的努力.
　　下面，从五个方面,简要介绍,我所要创立的WTO。
　　第一，WTO的宗旨：推动人类思想进步。
　　第二，WTO的基本任务：1、为每一个人发表思想提供条件。2、促使最有利于人类发展进步的思想突出出来。3、为有利于人类发展的思想的研究、创立、倡导提供支持。4、定期主办世界思想大会。5、设立世界思想论坛。6、设立人类思想基金。7、设立人类思想进步奖。8、建立供全人类每个人平等参与的平台，以研究起草《人类思想宣言》。
　　第三，WTO的组织方式：它只有常设机构及其工作人员，它不实行会员制，它没有会员，全世界的每个人每个组织都天赋地平等地拥有对它的参与权。WTO的机构和人员按照《WTO章程》开展工作，全人类的每个人都有权参与《WTO章程》的制定。
　　第四，WTO的主要特点：1、它是依照人类发展的需要而创立的发展的，不是依据任何一个国家的法律而创立的发展的，任何国家不能对它行使政权。2、它是依照世界所有的人的天赋权利所创立的，不是依照任何人的特殊利益而创立的。3、它是世界顶级组织，是属于全人类全世界的组织，它不从属 任何一个人任何一个组织，不从属任何一个民族任何 一个国家。4、它从事推动思想进步的活动，不从事其他活动，例如，不从事政治、经济活动，等等，但是，它希望任何其他活动都要遵循最有利于人类发展的思想。5、它为人类思想进步提供服务，它集全人类的努力来研究、创立、倡导最有利于 人类发展的思想，它不能把任何思想强加给任何人，它不掌握任何强制力量，它只有常设机构的服务人员。
　　第五，WTO的重要作用，1、解决人类思想上存在的问题，使人类的思想得到最好的发展，使人类的思想发挥最好的作用。2、使人类发展到高一阶段。3、使每个人的生存达到最大限度的美好。4、照亮人类的发展道路，指明人类的发展方向。5、使人类逐步摆脱战争和统治的灾难，使人类逐步摆脱分歧、对立、战争、曲折、苦难。6、提高人类活动效率。
　　我创立WTO是人类的发展所需要的。我向你们发出邀请是人类发展的需要赋予给我的神圣的权利和义务，你们被邀请、接受邀请也是人类发展的需要赋予给你们的 神圣的权利和义务。任何人、任何组织不论是否看到这封邀请函，都神圣的受到了邀请，都拥有参加创立WTO的天赋的权利和义务。
　　这封邀请函是在人类的发展中必然要产生的，是在人类面临的发展的问题中产生的，是在人类向更高阶段发展的需 要中产生的，是在使每个人的生存更加美好的需要中产生的，也是在我对人类发展的认识中产生的，是在我对于人类 美好未来的追求中生的，是在我对于人类进步的贡献中产生的。
　　这封邀请函标志着人类社会发展到了有希望创立出WTO的历史阶段，标志着在人 类历史发展中产生了进入更加美好的阶段的一线希望，标志着人类社会诞生了具有历史里程碑意义的伟大事情。　 　　
　　这封邀请函标志着我已经成为WTO的创始人，标志着我正在邀请全世界所有的人、所有的组织参加创立活动。
　　下面介绍，我创立WTO的步骤。
　　第一步，发邀请函。
　　希望接到这封邀请函的每一个人和组织，再转发给其他人或组织。
　　第二步，组建WTO创始人办公室。
　　创始人办公室的任务,是完成创始人所要做的事情。
　　创始人办公室的中心工作,是争取成立WTO所需的关键条件。
　　成立WTO的关键条件：在世界 的所有的国家中，至少有一个国家,向创始人提出邀请，请在其国设立WTO。其国应该给予WTO的待遇：1、提供约3平方公里的用地， 在其上提供所需的建筑物。2、在其国的财政支出中,设立一个固定项目，每年给WTO一定的经费，每年不低于50万美圆。3、给予WTO在其国的相应的特殊的地位和权利，例如，其不得对WTO行使政权。
　　由于人类的发展急须解决思想问题，急需成立WTO，所以，只要有一个国家或地区提出邀请，创始人就有可能接受邀请，不会长期等待最理想的国家提出邀请。
　　为了获得成立WTO的关键条件，创始人宣布：全世界的每一个人，都可以代表创始人联系任何国家，代表创始人与任何国家探讨相关事宜。
　　创始人办公室应该包括的部门：1、联络部门，包括：特别联络员、亚洲联络室、南、北美洲联络室、欧洲联络室、非洲联络室、大洋州联络室等。2、财务部门。3、《WTO章程草案》制定部门。4、WTO常设机构方案设计部门。5、志愿者部门。6、翻译部门。7、技术部门。8 、秘书部门，9、档案室。
　　组建创始人办公室需要的条件：房舍、设施、经费。条件来源：接受赞助。
　　目前，由于成立创始人办公室的条件，难以得到，我希望有志愿者帮助我做一些工作，例如：翻译，发邀请函，争取成立WTO的关键条件。虽然志愿者的工作是没有报酬的，但是，我作 为创始人向志愿者承诺，1、任何志愿者只要完成了一些工作，其名字就写入WTO创立工作录内，WTO创立工作录是WTO的重要历史文献，WTO史料是世界历史中的光辉篇章。2、成绩突出的志愿者参加第一届世界思想大会免交会务费。3、授予成绩特别突出的志愿者为“WTO终身名义主席”。4、做出同样的贡献，志愿者的地位高于后来的参与者。现在，愿意为人类进步尽义务的人都可以报名了，向创始人报名，由创始人安排工作任务，也可以不报名，做个无名的志愿者。创始人预先向无名的志愿者致以人类最崇高的敬意。
　　如果成立WTO的条件在相当长的时期内不能取得，那么，在得到了世界的普遍的赞成的情况下，就成立临时WTO。创始人自然的成为临时WTO主席，任期不限，直到正式WTO创立成功，选举出第一任WTO主席。临时WTO承担正式WTO的基本任务和承担创立正式WTO的任务。
　　第三步，组建正式WTO。
　　在取得了成立WTO的条件时，由创始人组建WTO。创始人自然地成为WTO的临时主席，领导WTO的各项工作。
　　在WTO成立后，创始人应该对所有的支持者有个交代。1、把所有的支持者的名字写入创立工作录。2、把所有的做出突出贡献的人确定为“WTO终身名义主席”。3、把创始人办公室使用过的房舍，确定为“世界思想组织创始处旧址”。
　　第四步，WTO成立后，就筹备召开第一届世界思想大会，大会召开时，WTO临时主席自然地成为大会执行主席，主持大会，任何参加大会的人，只要提交具有较高思想水平的论文，都自然地成为副执行主席 ，数量不限，不受其他条件限制，任何人只要向大会提交论文，不论论文的思想水平高低都自然的成为第一任WTO主席的候选人，数量不限，不受其他条件限制，任何人、任何组织只要交纳会务费都可以参加大会，不受其他条件限制，交会务费有困难的可以申请减免。
　　大会日程有五项，开幕式、思想演讲、确定WTO章程、选举第一任WTO主席、闭幕式。
　　在开幕式上，大会执行主席宣布WTO终身名义主席名单，宣布WTO创始处旧址，等等。
　　第一届世界思想大会的主题由创始人确定：让伟大主义光辉照亮全人类。参加大会的人可以围绕主题提交论文和演讲，也可以用其他任何主题提交论文和演讲。我的论文和演讲的题目是《让伟大主义光辉照亮全人类》。
　　《WTO章程》由大会确定，以大会的名义发布，可以在以后的大会上修改。大会工作人员把创始处确定的《WTO章程草案》发给参加大会的每个人，供参考。WTO章程应该体现它的宗旨、基本任务、组织方式、主要特点、重要作用。
　　第一任WTO主席由参加大会的思想水平最高的人担任（创始人希望以后的各任主席都这样产生），由大会执行主席和副执行主席评选出思想水平最高的演讲论文，其作者就为第一任WTO主席，再评选出思想水平比较高的论文，其作者就为WTO副主席，数量不限，不受其他条件限制。
　　在闭幕式上，大会执行主席与WTO第一任主席交接。第一任主席向创始人致以人类最崇高的敬意，向终身名义主席致以人类最崇高的敬意，向所有的曾经给创始人提供过支持的人致以人类最崇高的敬意，向WTO所在国的政府和人民致以人类最崇高的敬意。
　　大会闭幕后，第一任主席开始工作。第一任主席可以重组WTO机构，可以解散由创始人聘任的工作人员，重新聘任工作人员，但是不得违背《WTO章程》。
在此说明一点，应该相信，未来的世界历史学家们，会把这些人的名字写入世界历史史册的，这些人是：创始人 、终身名义主席、优秀的志愿者、其他作出突出贡献的人、临时主席、第一任主席、第一任副主席、参加第一届世界思想大会的所有人，等等。也会把给创始人造成重大阻碍的人写入世界历史的耻辱册。
