　　９，柴门霍夫创立的“世界语”和国际语言组织创立的“世界通用语言”，都是人工语言。国际语言组织集中世界各国和全世界的每个人的力量，创立的“世界通用语言”不包含任何的语言的缺陷，具有最高的科学性和易学性。国际语言组织创立的“世界通用的语言”的科学性和易学性高于现有的任何语言。
